21CNBeads.com, anyone?

I’m so pissed right now. Well, I know, 21CNBeads.com already offers a good bargain, selling nice beads at wholesale prices in all. But when you meet really crappy customer service, gosh!

I specifically told them not to ship my order if there’s any one item that’s out of stock. Guess what, there were several items unavailable. They asked me what I wanted to do, and I told them I wanted to replace the items with others after some clarification. Did I get a reply?

Not the next day I didn’t. And they were the ones who labeled the email conversation to be “Urgent!”

I made a follow-up email by the end of that day. Guess what they told me.

They already shipped the package.

Ouch.

Um, so, what happened to my questions?

To the out-of-stock items?

Were they replaced?

Wait a minute, I didn’t say what to replace them with yet.

Since what they proposed to replace an unavailable item is cheaper, do I get a refund?

And if they didn’t replace them at all, do I get a refund?

Um, hello.

UGH!

From my calculations, 21CNBeads.com charges a handling fee of $14.5 every single time you order, so if you have to order, order big. But they seemed to have cut my order by almost half on their own.

Oh well, guess I’m sticking to another online beads seller. They have some flaws too, but they’re definitely more responsible.
